You will be working as part of a team of fee earners advising on all aspects of a broad range of disputes arising out of property related issues. You will providing detailed and technically proficient advice on a broad range of issues including, but limited to:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Real property disputes
- Rent review arbitration
- Joint venture disputes
- Property related professional negligence claims
- Property related insolvency
- Contentious issues relating to developments
