Operations Manager

An international hotel chain in Dubai is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to manage full daily operations of the hotel. Your main responsibilities will include the direction and management of the operational and financial performance of the hotel. You will also be able to identify and effectively react to major revenue and expense opportunities, resolve customer problems, and have experience managing a team.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum 5 or more years’ experience working in a similar role, local market knowledge, BSc. degree in hospitality management, and have excellent managerial skills. If you possess strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, are adaptable and flexible and are able to work in a high pressure environment please apply.
