HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator

Due to an internal promotion and a period of rapid expansion Our client is now looking to fill the vacancy/job of an HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the HR Manager.

Initially the main focus of the role will be recruitment which will include placing job adverts, sending out interview packs, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates and issuing contracts of employment. However once you're up to speed with the Recruitment side of the role and have it running as smoothly as possible then there will be the capcity to develop your exisitng HR skills.

You will be involved in monitoring probationary periods, Discipline and Grievance Hearings, monitoring absence levels and dealing with issues accordingly alongside the Opeartional team, welfare visits etc.

This is an opportunity to work within a well known Company within the Real Estate and provides you with the chance to develop within a HR role.
