Sales Trainer

My client is currently looking for a Sales Trainer to join their growing function. Your role will include : Training delivery and design within a fast paced, dynamic and energetic operational environment that supports the proposition. To support the consistent delivery of a complex, reliable and personal service through introductory and ongoing training delivery to all advisors.

Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, the Sales Trainer will lead by example, through exciting and engaging training delivery which embeds knowledge and passion within the customer facing operations for products, services and business processes. As a Sales Trainer you will be expected to:set new Sales advisors up for success through a focused start to their life within the organisation, enhance operational performance through ongoing training and development support for existing Sales advisors and maintain and enhance training material continually striving for world class training content.
As a Sales Trainer you will work within the Sales Development Team. The Sales Development Team are responsible for working closely with Sales customer facing teams and the other Sales support areas to ensure the development of new and existing advisors and leaders within the contact centres. The responsibilities of the Sales Development Team are separated into:Sales Training Team who are responsible for training all new inductees and all existing advisors. Sales Training own all of the Sales Training material and are responsible for ensuring that it is up to date and that it is delivered in a way that reflects the companies values and vision.Sales Coaching Team who are responsible for intensively coaching all new advisors and for ongoing coaching for conversations that deliver a great customer experience.

Minimum years of experience required for this job is 4 years. Must have Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
